Pharmacy Weight Loss Seaham is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (GPhC No. 9012511) providing weight management consultations and prescription services to patients in Seaham and across England. We operate in full compliance with General Pharmaceutical Council standards and all applicable UK pharmacy legislation.

We reserve the right to decline service to any individual who does not meet eligibility requirements or where treatment would not be clinically appropriate. Providing false information to obtain a prescription is a criminal offence.
All prescriptions issued through our service are generated following an independent clinical assessment by a GPhC-registered pharmacist prescriber. We do not guarantee that a prescription will be issued following your consultation.
Our pharmacists reserve the right to refuse, withdraw, or amend a prescription at any time if, in their clinical judgement, treatment is not appropriate or safe for you. You must inform us of any changes to your health, medications, or circumstances that may affect your suitability for treatment.
Prescriptions issued by our service are valid for use only within our pharmacy and cannot be transferred to a third-party pharmacy unless required by law.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely. Prices displayed on our website include VAT where applicable and are subject to change without prior notice.
You will not be charged for consultations where no prescription is issued, unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase. Where a consultation fee applies, this is non-refundable regardless of the outcome.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is subject to stock availability and courier performance, which are outside our direct control.
It is your responsibility to ensure that a suitable delivery address is provided. We cannot be held liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address information. If a parcel is returned to us undelivered, a redelivery charge may apply.
You may cancel your order prior to pharmacist approval by contacting us promptly. Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for prescription medications under UK law, unless the medication is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
If you wish to raise a concern about your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Refunds for non-prescription items or services will be assessed on a case-by-case basis in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Our services are not a substitute for your regular GP or NHS healthcare. In an emergency, always call 999 or attend your nearest accident and emergency department. If your condition worsens or you experience unexpected side effects, discontinue use and seek medical advice immediately.
